Process

How our ecommerce visual production process works.

The workflow is built around product accuracy, sales-channel fit, clear scope, and launch-ready output.

Approve direction

We align on creative direction, selling hierarchy, deliverables, channel sizes, and production constraints.

Production

We shoot, render, edit, produce motion, build scenes, and prepare ecommerce-ready files.

You review the included revision rounds based on the approved visual direction.

Final delivery

After balance payment, final files are delivered in agreed formats.

Brief checklist

What to prepare before quoting.

The clearer the product and sales goal, the faster we can recommend the right photography, video, or 3D production scope.

  • Product category, sales channel, and target customer
  • Current product page, Amazon listing, competitor examples, or reference visuals
  • Brand logo, colors, and required image or video sizes
  • Product benefits, features, dimensions, materials, and claims
  • Available production materials: sample, CAD, 3D file, specs, or product photos
  • Target launch date and any product accuracy constraints

Production path

We choose the production method around the asset goal.

Some projects need a physical shoot. Others are better handled with 3D rendering, compositing, video editing, or a mixed workflow. We confirm the practical path before production starts.

Photography projects

Useful when the product, texture, packaging, scale, or lifestyle use needs to be captured from a physical item.

3D render projects

Useful when CAD or 3D files are available, when many angles are needed, or when the product is not ready for a physical shoot.

Video and ad projects

Useful when the product needs a reveal, usage story, benefit sequence, launch ad, or social motion asset.

Output formats

Files are prepared for ecommerce use.

  • JPG, PNG, and WebP for product images
  • MP4 for short product videos and motion assets
  • Amazon, Shopify, PDP, ad, and social sizes when specified
  • Editable PSD or Figma source files only when separately quoted
